Weather Forecasts have improved greatly but 20 days in advance is just speculation and makes good paper reading for some who relish doom and gloom predictions, a more accurate forecast will be around christmas eve 5 days prior to the Haven v Town match lets just wait and see

Seems like they got it right for this one, kellslad!!!!!!

Having just read the weather forecast for the period 27th to 29th December with heavy rain and 100 mph winds, I predict the match will be called off!!!!!   Well there be a fallback date?

100 mph winds?! seems they got that one wrong Keith!!

It should have read up to 100 mph winds and apparently they are forecast for Sunday evening (New Years Eve).     Mind you there was a fair old gale blowing at the Rec last night with gusts up to 70 - 80 mph, so they weren't far out.
