Link up with division 2 side?

How about we have a link with Gateshead in the same way Saints have with us. We have a large squad getting larger plus local lads wanting to try to break into the pro game. I think it could make sense for both clubs.

Last I heard palmer was in London on Monday training with the broncos for 2 weeks arranged by rob purdham, town had not offerd him a deal on Monday either just the chance to train with them, haven had offerd him a contract but no signing on fee.

All I was thinking is that if five Saints players take the place of five of our present squad and by the way is this compulsary, where do our players get game time. They will be playing for Gateshead not against them and this will at least keep them game fit and interested.

No it's not compulsory - its down to the clubs involved

I agree a link with Gateshead or someone similat would make sense although I'm against the twinning idea in principal
