my cousin and one of my mates have just got through their 15 weeks training down oxford and they came back every weekend (optional) so if dave woods is willing to send him on loan to oxford theres no need if he,s gonna be back home every weekend the only thing stopping him playing in that time is if he picks up a serious injury which could happen . as for the the 12 hour shifts thats right they work 4 on 4 off but get a fair bit of leave or theres shift swaps aswell so shouldnt have any problem playing for us
