if he has signed then will he or bradford have to but his contract out?

might not be so straight forward

Very simple really, just ring Matty up and ask him how he shifted from haven to town.

Just a bit hard on town this time perhaps

cant image at this stage he would have a SL get out clause so if they want him they woud have topay for him.Think town lined him up with a job also so would have to be a decent wedge and a 2 year deal at least to get him to move
cant see it happening myself

The Sellafield rumour mill goes into overdrive yet again.....

Dowes signed a 2year contract with Town and has moved his family back Cumbria.

Do you honestly believe everything that is written in the press?

Quote
Dowes, 30, who made 239 appearances for Hull before heading off to play in Australia, was being lined up for a season with Workington.

He already has signed a contract with Town, a 2 year contract.

Things may get even worse for them, not sure how reliable it is but i was told it looks like another star player may require a further  op in the new year that could see him out for half the season

Dave "Nosey" Parker is the worst journalist in the world, he quite often just makes things up. I wouldn't take anything printed by him at face value. For example, he says Dowes is "being lined up for a season at Workington" where in actual fact he has already signed a 2 year contract at Town - the sort of basic facts he regularly gets wrong. Anyway, Dowes appears to be happy at Town according to this in saturday's N&S.....
