It's vitally important that we don't put too much expectation on Rodney's shoulders.

He's bound to take time to settle.

i agree...look at seb martins expectations, had a very poor debut but hopefully finding his feet now, same applies to pora i reckon although should be fit n hit the UK raring to go...time will tell but gotta make a diffrence. more of a concern at half backs at the moment

Again though if our forwards get to boss the field you may well see a different performasnce from the half backs.

Our half backs had plenty of chances in the 1st half against Dewsbury never really caused any panic. Think we had about 4 sets in there 20meters then dropped it. IMO we dont need a prop, a over seas H/B would be better.

How old is he, all the articles I have found on the net call him a Veteran, and he played for PNG back in 2000 13 years ago. He must be getting on now in rugby league terms.

pitch will be a lot firmer this week which should help the HB and suit martins,cameron etc more
pitch was fine on sunday marra,we improved when Martins sice &Houghton came on but couldnt turn pressure in2 points.
