You might expect me to be utterly vitriolic of the woman but that is not the case.
When I say that she may have done some good, other people say 'prove it'. The thing is (and it goes for Major, Blair, Brown and all the rest) we'll never know what would have happened should these people NOT have taken some of the actions they did.
Maybe Britain would have been in worse state (generally) if we hadn't markedly changed course in the early '80's? Maybe if we hadn't have invaded Iraq things would have been 10 times worse now in the middle-east and so 10 times worse for all of us?
