Right attitude as the derby game and with some of the samr st,s players can't see why we should not come home with 3 point, however if we get the loosing attitude we will sruggle to get a bonus point.
Haven 33 Fax 26 or Fax 46 Haven 18.

town4me has been in touch and "predicted" that a very poor haven, who only managed to beat the worlds greatest rugby league team because they played poorly, will in fact get a good hammering at Halifax, because they are a good team, well they must be, they beat town didn't they! fax 66 haven 14

now back to reality!!!

fax  36
haven 20

Just cause you don't understand what's going on don't mean it don't make no sense
And just cause you don't like it, don't mean it ain't no good

For your information:

On July 7th Halifax RLFC are back at home for the first time in almost two months. During the last two months the pitch has been relaid and lengthened, which meant the Fax had to play away games during this period. But it’s back at home against Whitehaven on Sunday 7th July and in a special celebration we are naming the game as “The Big Apple Day”.

Why?

Well for starters we shall have Kingstone Press cider on sale for the very first time at this game. As most of our fans will know, Kingstone Press are the Championship sponsors and in a special deal with Fax they are launching their cider in the Stadium and will be dressing up the ground with tables and parasols. They’re even renaming the balcony as the “Kingstone Press Deck”. Kingstone Press see Fax as one of the main teams in the Championship and are looking to invest some extra sponsorship.

As an extra bonus, the Club are offering a trip of a lifetime to New York (The Big Apple) to every spectator who either pays an entrance fee into the game or chooses to buy a special raffle ticket. This is a fabulous weekend for 2 people in a top Manhattan hotel. The prize includes return flights, transfers and three night in a four star hotel.

But that’s not all. . . we have arranged a special BBQ, the local band International Party Doctors will be playing live in the car park before the match and there’s all manner of entertainment for our young fans too. So you need to get along early to enjoy all that’s on offer. And you’ll want to stay late, because the day will end with Under 7 and Under 8 tournaments showing off the local talent, who’ll be wearing the famous blue and white in the 2030s?

The Big Apple Day starts in the East Stand car park from 12noon, with the big match kicking off at 3pm and the kids tournament at 4:45pm.

And YOU could be the one to win that trip of a lifetime to New York

So get down to the Shay on 7th July to welcome the boys back at home!

Admission prices (that include a raffle ticket for the New York Prize) are: -

East Stand Seating – Adults £18, Concessions £13
South Terrace Standing – Adults £15, Concessions £10

Concessions are full time students and adults aged 60 and over.

Junior Admission £5 (raffle tickets only available to over 18s)
