too lightweight a squad that unless theres 5 or 6 other players lined up and we take the pi55 out of town a few injuries and it could end up like last season we need at least 25 signed on

How do you keep the non playing members of the squad happy though? Remember most are on contracts where they only get paid a decent amount if they play.
