The dvd quite clearley shows Jacko gets an elbow in the throat while making the tackle.  He completes the tackle then gets a punch of the guy aswell.  Jacko throws 1 punch i reckon he will get sending off sufficient

i think your right champ but the only thing going against jacko is his past record 
although he's been a reformed character of late.

as i said in a different post jacko's past record should not be taken in to account, if it is and he receives a hefty ban the club has very strong grounds to appeal against it, using the incident with terry newton this season as the benchmark!
