Well, it's nearly over and the World Cup has been fantastic, hopefully we will get the final to cap them all, but one things for sure, a lot of records have been broken.

 1. 45,000 watch the openers in Cardiff, breaking records for RLWC opening matches.
 2. First ever sell out for RLWC at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, for the match between Samoa and New Zealand.
 3.  24 hours later, a stadium record is broken at Spotland, Rochdale with a crowd of over 10,000.
 4. Biggest crowds in Cumbria since the turn of the century gather at Derwent Park.
 5. Biggest ever crowd in Bristol for a Rugby League match, for USA v Cook Islands.
 6. Sell out at Parc Des Sports, Avignon for France v New Zealand.
 7. Stadium record at Huddersfield broken for the match between England and Ireland.
 8. Stadium record at Leigh broken over 10,000 watch Tonga v Cook Islands.
 9. Sell out at KC for England v Fiji.
10. Biggest ever crowd in Ireland, as 5,000 watch Ireland play Australia.
11. Sell out at the Shay watch Tonga v Italy.
12. Stadium record broken in Perpignan  for France v Samoa.
13. Biggest ever aggregate attendance for RLWC quarter final matches, sell outs at Warrington, Wigan and Leeds.
14  Over 67,000 at Wembley for the big hit.
15. The RFL have just confirmed that the current record of 73,631 will be broken on Saturday. It will be the biggest RLWC final of all time.


Well done to all involved, to every fan who was part of such a fantastic tournament, well done everyone!

In fact, Saturdays game will be the biggest ever crowd for any Rugby League international match of all time.
Fantastic, it is history in the making.
