Looks like Rugby League has earned it's first stone at Wembley way, winning the accolade for 2013.
The World Cup semi finals were judged by the Wembley directors to be their best event of 2013, with many people saying the match between England and New Zealand was the best game of Rugby League they had ever seen, the semi finals will now be immortalised in stone down Wembley Way, a first for Rugby League.
It beat such other sports and music events as the FA Cup final, the Challenge Cup final, the Champions League final, the NFL, and concerts by the Killers and Bruce Springsteen amongst others.
