I think the genral standard of officials in the lower leagues is very average. They are only human and have to make split second decisions but its rare there seems to be a good performance from them. My biggest complaint is the constant failure to hold the defensive line on side at the PTB

See all the officials full time as I believe they aren't fit enough to keep up with play a lot of the time
