After watching the highlights 2 things spring to mind.
Firstly Calverts try was sheer class. He was tight on the touchline but still had the pace of an Express train to beat his opposite winger and then scorch past both Centre and Fullback without any of them laying a hand on him. Well done Craig.................keep it up and Pechey's record is in serious danger.
Secondly was Donny's last try. Can someone tell me how this try was allowed
. It was so far forward surely the ref should have seen it but failing that then take a look at the linesmans position when then eventual try scorer caught the ball. He was directly in line of play and about a Metre away.
Maybe 1 conspiracy theory is with Donny in the state that their in another defeat would have been their last and the officials were instructed to "take it easy on them" just to keep the side going.
I just hope DR takes the video to the RFL and they inturn haul in all officials to explain their incompetence or are the RFL breathing a deep sigh of relief.
