We managed to get them this year. Carr, ainy, Doran, samir etc so why not for next year?

Maybe, but they missed plenty of training sessions.

Acording to the Town forum we have secured the services of Forester and Brocklebank plus two further unnamed locals.  Interesting if true or are they setting is up for a sting  ::)

plenty of rumours but cant see any of the Wath Brow players signing yet as  majority of them picked for the community lions England squad to tour South Africa, couple of Maryport players said at the weekend that Sam Forrester has been offered a big pay day to singe for Haven, think the B O D idea is to get couple of locals on board and then hopefully the rest they are after will follow.

Any Brow players interested in signing would wait until the end of the season and that could be the middle of November if they get to the Grand Final again and 4 of them have a tour to South Africa after that.

Some players with plenty of experience we could look at
Gareth carvell - no club
Shannon McDonnell - no club
Vinnie Anderson - in france
Jonathan ford - Toulouse in France he is a half back and cook island international
Casey McGuire - playing for limoux in France
Said tamghart - Avignon in France
Willie mataka - Avignon france

Everyone can make names up at players we should sign but we are not Leigh or Bradford we don't have mega bucks to blow I believe the club will bring in the quality we need without bankrupting ourselves

Agree we are not a Leigh or Bradford. But given the amount of money freed up from a lot of top players leaving, and the increased funding ,then there should still be a sizeable chunck left for signings.Next season squad needs to be at least as good as this season's in what will be a lot tougher league .

this is why something has to be addressed about either trying to fund a second string or working closer with Cumbria Storm, this will have to be a joint 3 way effort with Town and Barrow as a couple of players from each semi pro club will help the young storm players come on and also give them a bit of protection when playing some of the stronger academy teams who use their first team players in there academy teams when either coming back from injury or not selected for their first team,
