I had a chat with dion this morning on fb and he confirmed that he is still awaiting the visa, and he will be on the plane as soon as it's sorted!

told me the same last week and if he wasn,t coming he just wouldn,t reply to any messages

I think aiye would be a class  signing I hope we get it sorted for him. I found some clips from the World Cup and if you skip to 2.07 minutes in the video I wouldn't mind watching Jessie and him linking up like that in a haven shirt. Again there's a clip at 3.22 minutes where Aiye shows his skill, class attacks the line which is a half back we've been needing

There is some good footage of him in the Queensland cup last year.  He def has pace , power and the ability to make a break.  Also pretty handy in defence.  If he settles you would think he will do very well in this league. Has a decent kicking game as well.

Very frustrating I know.   It's a worry when the coach says in the press he wold be happy to go with the players we have got.   He's the only one who thinks that.   

We can only hope we have our best three signing to be announced.  Clint Greenshields, Matt Groat and Dion Aiye would be nice  :D

The main position left is a big unit of a prop, this one is a must imo

A good running half back and a big back would be a plus but if we were just to get one more in it would have to be the prop.

Dear JD, I feel confident the current BOD are well aware of the squad deficiencies and for the first time in a long time I do feel confident they are working hard to cover any gaps perhaps they could just pop on here and say so without naming names just abrief message is so reassuring for fans.

I think we are three high quality signings from a competitive squad but we need them here soon or we will be in our usual position of key signings missing most of pre season training.
