If we have any realistic hope of staying up we need to pick some points away against the bottom five teams. We didn't at Hunslet  or Town and this game represents one of our last two opportunities to get points away.

My concern is Town will stay up by virtue of playing us three times.  Psychologically we seem beaten by them before the game starts, I think we represent 6 points to Town this year.

This means a win at Batley is vital albeit very far from certain.   Defence seems a big problem for us and we seem to capitulate in the last 30 quite often.

Head says 32 - 12 to Batley.

Think his tail is well and truely between his legs as he's even stopped giving his remarkable knowledge and reasons why the scores will be what he predicts. Usually along the lines of 'I've seen Haven on Border news highlights and I've seen the opositions last weeks score pop up on teletext, hence thats why they'll win by 50+'

It's not that long ago when we were Batley's bogie team. If I remember we beat them something like 12 or 13 times on the trot.

So are you predicting. A big loss for Town on Sunday?
