It depends which Penny turns up - last year at Halifax he was average towards the end of the season

penny is given special treatment as it wasnt his fault about the donny situation etc, so how come we had to let leroy go to Dull kr a few years back? that wasnt our fault!!!!

i can guarantee if it was us that had been sniffing around penny we wouldnt have been given the green light to sign him!

He still counts for their salary cap just not on their overseas quota

The reason that leroy went was because they reduced the no of quota players each club could have.If haven were that botherd they should have tried to sign joel.Im sure steve Mac will bring the best out in Joel and if he plays like he did for haven he ll be a very useful addition.As for the salary cap players seem to be going on loan and this seems to be a success as with the MOM performance by sidlow for town yesterday im sure well be able to help them further by sending them more of our young stars
