Further to our announcement of the Widnes players joining us for the super 8's, the club are pleased to announce that we have secured the services of North Wales Crusaders hooker Owain Griffiths. This will give us much needed cover at number 9 due to the injury to the in form Thomas Coyle.

according to Wikipedia played 8 games for nwc 1 cap for Wales he's from St Helens played for pilkington recs  and as played for Huddersfield academy team
