The club is pleased to announce that the football committee of: James Coyle, James Robinson, Barry Richardson and myself, have now completed the negotiations with Richie Beaumont for next season. Once again players are only too happy to commit to the club. Richie adds power and size to the pack and he is added to the list of players that will form our team for next season. players who now are becoming increasingly familiar with each other's play.

If we stay up which I'm sure we'll achieve then we could see a good few more top player's wanting to come to the rec and play for us. Keep up the great work and I'm chuffed Beaumont has signed.

We are ,  and i'm very interested to see what Widnes are doing presently, they are really strengthening their squad with players you would expect to make their starting 17 - that could leave a good few SL experienced players on the fringes and some exciting youngsters in further down the pecking order, with Widnes attitude to DR this year we could back up our own squad with some real quality.

be good if they let us have ted chapelhow on loan for the full season next year think he'll be too old for academy next season so a full year with us would benefit everyone

Been really impressed with chamberlain but suppose he will make the first team next year what a great player he is like

It would be nice if we could keep most of the current team with maybe 3 or 4 additions.

Wouldnt it be wonderful to have a full squad reporting for the start of preseason training for a change.
