this thread is really winding me up...cas fans are up in arms cause halifax will not let them pre-sell tickets to there own fans (and take a 10%cut) for the match to be played at halifax this sunday...so not only do they want there own home gate income...but they want 10% of any of there fans travelling away. they use the bull people dont like paying on the gate, and it will encourage more people to travel

i just dont see it ,home games are our revenue..im sure if we asked cas to sell tickets for nothing they would tell us where to get off so i suggest our BOD do the same when they come asking for a !10% CUT TO PRESELL TICKETS FOR A GAME THAT IS NOT A SELL OUT

i dont think cas will be too bothered for our home game against them alan, as its on tv they will more than likely tell their fans NOT to come up here and NOT to give us their money,

not that we'd want their hovis tokens!!
the reverand, big mac

Just cause you don't understand what's going on don't mean it don't make no sense
And just cause you don't like it, don't mean it ain't no good

When Town played at Cas the Town fans were able to buy tickets for ?10 instead of paying ?14 on the day, what's wrong with that system????

keith they reduce prices cause it was a national league two side in the NRC cup

this is them wanting to sell tickest say for the fax game at fax on sunday or haven league match at the rec in august and keep 10% a totally different thing

Maybe because one of their Directors had to put ?150k into the club so that they could pay the bills !

I  think  there  gambling  in  the  hope  they  get  into  SL  this  year.  If  not  I  can't  see  Widnes  surviving  without  having  to  go  into  administration.  Surely  their  BOD  won't  keep  ploughing  into  the  team  because  of  their  overspending.

PS...............are  they  keeping  within  the  salary  cap ???

both sheffield and  widnes have sent tickets for their home games against Cas,with 10% of sales going to Cas,nothing sinister, how about you run along.
