Im sure the club will give a ticket for the game to a person who is in the sponsors lounge to use

Surely the club could put a substitute option in place. Say to a max of 3 games a season.

Its impossible to plan how many games you may miss, due to the Super 8s.

When I asked that question was basically told tough so I probably won't be doing any match day experience this year

If you are a season ticket holder and in the sponsors lounge you will be given a ticket to use for a friend or family member

Ideally the sponsors lounge should be full of the aforementioned and not supporters who think they are getting something for nothing.

Agree ! Ideally it should be but if there isn't a room full of sponsors every week what would you suggest.
