I think Coyle has lost the plot, how can he say we can take some positives from this game, time to get rid.

He sounded like a beaten man during his post match speech on the radio yesterday
"Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great."

Obviously lives in a parallel universe to the rest of us and one where it's compulsory to wear rose tinted glasses !!!!

Better positive than down beat - he has to lift the team.

That's his problem he has no idea how to lift the team, a good coach knows how to motivate his team, he has no motivation skills. :shake: :shake: :shake:

Unless you are haven players how on earth can you say he's not a motivator of our team. If we'd of won the 3 game's we should have no one would question this. Let's try and give the team some support. We are all haven fan's and we need to stick together.

We didn't but other team's are struggling also and I don't hear for those coaches to resign. You only have to look at Leeds.  Absolutely loads of cash but bottom of super duper league.

Most fans myself included, think that Coyle is not the man for the job, I don't think he will be offered a new contract at the end of the season. unless of course he can turn the team around.

I don't think the problem is the coaching staff it's a mixture of things, not getting enough quality travelers because of the cost Whitehaven is a long way up the m6 therefore they want paying more and with a small budget it's hard, and some of the local players just aren't good enough, what players out of our squad would get in any other championship team? Probably count them on one hand, this is why we are struggling

Some locals aren't good enough?

Burns never lets us down
Holliday never lets us down
Calvert and mcavoy never have let us down
Miller was playing well until injured
Fox up there with one of our best forwards last season
Riley been a revelation for us
Newton has good days and bad days
Brocky is played at 6 constantly would prove how good he is

So which locals aren't good enough?? I think you will find Thomas coyle is woeful, grant gore is shocking, Louis Jouffret is not and will never be a full back. Beaumont can't be arsed.

Travellers Allen always has a go, as do Davies, Carberry, Taylor,
