fansthis years full time teams are streets ahead of the cas of 2005 or the leigh of 2004 until we go full time we will just have to live with that

my veiw season over now ...no chance of finishing top 2 which is what we need to do to get to the GF

Whats the good news on the stand?
If it's a girl they're naming her Sigourney after an actress, if it's a boy the 're naming him Rodney after Dave

broadbent - my man of the match he is a class above alot at this club
calvert -  great try struggled with asthama and sickness probably dehydration
miller - poor and pathetic attempted one on one tackle for leighs first try
eilbeck - never rated him and never will
benson - not a winger but always puts 110%
rudd - useless only in the team for his goal kicking
duffy - tried hard and was defending like a trojan
trindall -  classs is the only word for this guy
smith - not a number 9 ive said that for a long time better at 13
fatialofa - quiet but always tries
dale - looked solid in defence
fletcher - again class is the only word for him
lester - to old and to slow

mattinson - good all round display from him
joe - good display from him
jacko - missed a one on one tackle for a leigh try but tried after that
teare - not good enough

rotherham - SACK HIM AND BE DONE WITH IT

Whats the good news on the stand?

Cox said on Radiuo Cumbria that the club was going to fit seats on the piece of terracing beside the main grandstand to bring the seating up to 1,000.   That could be a smoking grandstand seeing as there isn't a roof!!!!!!!

Were in desperate need of two big hard running props to take the pressure off Trindall and Fats. The pack isnt effective enough in making metres at the moment. Teare, Wright, Jacko are not the answer to this problem. In regard to duffy im not saying hes a world beater but lets face it hes playing behind a poor pack.Totally agree about Lebbon too, he should have got a chance today.

CALVERTS TRY WAS AWESOME, They should have took the poor lad off, instead of letting him suffer the way they did!  Definitely MAN OF THE MATCH !      :-*       >:(

What is more those seats at Craven Park are a temporary stand, if you look at a lot of the Union grounds there are "temporary" stands all over the place some with roof's some without. The Stoop had a temporary stand in place for about 10 years !

Agreed, Trindall is doing so much work that he would never get a chance to catch his breath to attack etc. Another big forward would be a big help in the go forward department. People have to remember that a big front row forward running around tackling for 40 minutes is like a fullback doing 120 minutes. When you see it like that you can understand the work they are doing and if the backs have to come in to take some pressure off them and give them a bit of a break, it takes away from the attack then.
