No Batty, its a victory for democracy. Its called a majority, Its how democratic society comes to decisions, its fair, its equitable (one man : one vote). You can twine all day long about the result but if you prefer an alternative system of coming to the decision you require and that alone then how about you re-locate to North Korea.

Democracy..LOL.... in the 2015 election 63.1% of the UK voted against the Tories....

That's two of us DP and I do take your point.

End of the day we are where we are and we have to go forward.

At least it will be nostalgic to go buy 5lbs of spuds, enjoy a pint of beer and fill the car up with 5 gallons of 4*

Respect to both sides of the argument, I am sure for many it wasn't a straightforward decision.
