Could be wrong but going into administration normally comes with the equivalent of 3 wins points deduction, thats 6 points which would still leave eagles on 18 points and still a head if us.It doesn't automatically mean relegation I don't think

You are right they would lose 6 points

Let's just accept our deserved fate. 3 wins is the deduction and that still leaves us down so let's get on with trying to rebuild the club and challenge over the next 2/3 years to get back into the Championship

I agree slightly with that but it depends on how many locals we can get signed up. If it hadn't been for DR some games we would have struggled to put out a team.

I don't think it would be in our interests to remain in Champ to be honest!

Do we know yet what their intentions are for next season. Personally I hope they stay up, I remember the ill feeling when Leigh avoided the drop as Gateshead fell on their sword and I do not think our current playing staff would have much chance in an improving championship

Just read a bit about sheffield and it says if the players wave away the 3 months pay that they are owed the RFL would then bail the club out .....outrageous if you ask me also in the same bit it says bradford and huddersfield are also up the shi77er

It's shocking really. If they can't stay afloat then they should be relegated. Those player's have families to support so how can they wave goodbye to 3 months pay. Unbelievable.

If they go into liquidation then they need to be docked the points and relegated - simples - there the rules of the game . If they get bailed out then fair enough, but in championship one to rebuild . the guy who will be floating them doesn't give two hoots which league they are in ( they could play on the moon for all he cares) he just wants planning permission.

And "NO WE DON'T NEED TO BE IN CHAMP 1" we will and can compete in championship , more funding and a coach who will get the best out of people.
