I   know  it  was  only  Doncaster  but  they  still  had  to  be  beaten.  We  threw  the  ball  about  a  bit  and  looked  dangerous  all  over  the  park.

Next  week  will  be  10  times  harder  but  at  least  this  win  will  give  the lads a  bit  of  confidence.

popularsider, why mock everyone, derrie did nothing wrong tonight, rudd set up two tries and was involved in all the others, both players were solid in defense. i dont think ive ever heard you post any positives from a game, everything is negative towards players. i would love to see you jump into one of their boots and put your body on the line week in week out, so get a grip and get behind the team for once in your life, the amount of complaining you do makes you sound like a town fan

sorry but ive followed this team for nearly 16 years and i wil put my views forward.

rudd is probably the worst stand off at the club ive seen in 16 years. craig mcavoy should occupy that position. aaron smith should be 13. as for derrie well i dont rate him rob jackson scott mcavoy and david seeds are all better than him and i cant wait for them to get back.

you must have watched a different game from me derrie missed more tackles than he made

Good  to  see  Teare  running  hard  at  the  defence.  Made  good  yards.  Fletch  was  awesome  in  the  1st  half.  I  would  rather  have  him  at  Centre  than  Spencer.  Can't  understand  the  criticism  towards  Smith.  He  maybe  doesn't  do  owt  fancy  but  he  works  hard  in  defence  and keeps  the  ball  moving  in  attack.

Finally  well  done  Macca. Try  on  his  senior  debut.  What  a  talent.
