did anybody else notice an official behind each set of sticks? in the first half at least dont know about the second

does anybody know what that is about?

to stop cheating marra so they can see groundings of the balls and stuff like that somthing the ref might miss then they tell him weird but it works

cheers for that but do you think its just for the refs to look good for the rfl on camera because they havent done anything like that when the cameras havent been there

The Officials behind the sticks are In Goal Touch Judges and are used in all SL games were the Sky cameras are not there.

gansn never gives us a good game never he is good when hes on sky but other than that hes very poor indeed marra

We have had In Goal Touch Judges at this point in the League before.

Sometimes if you have them earlier in the season, as I have seen before, they are I believe new/junior officials, learning the ropes and getting some experience.

I am sure our resident official will put me right though lol...has he joined up yet?

At this time of the season they are always experienced match officials. 99 times out of 100 they will be Touch Judges

SL get them at all non Televised games with NL 1 & 2 only at play off time. Last 16 onwards of Challenge Cup also get them

They dont swap ends at half time and it can be a very boring job!!!
