apparently matty is off to barrow  ::)

why would matty leave when next season he wil be the first choice hooker? with sice off the bench

He was first choice hooker untill 2 weeks ago until Smith said he would not play at 13. Matty must be disillusioned he was made the scape goat for the Leigh defeat.

Crarey rates Matty very highly and Barrow are going to offer Matty a contract when his is up.

Matty is friend of mine and i can tell you if matty is not playing for whitehaven next year the only team he will be playing for is Wath Brow.

Thats what the Barrow fans said when the thought they were signing Joey..........Can you see broadbent travelling up there alone when he can play for his hometown club and guess what he re-signed for us.

I do agree with you though and can't see him going.
