People don't seem to realise we play for 40 mins then switch of thinking the game is done if we carried on from the first half we would have flogged them they only got back in the game because we were so bad second half the whole game in whole was poor and stop start

Get in there and we,ll only get stronger as it goes on especially with dion olstrum and allen to come back finish top 5 and anything is possible

Exactly. That's the top 5 that was the stated aim at the beginning of the season
No promotion was the aim during preseason ,top 5 never mentioned, top 5 doesn't mean promotion
As for grind out a win ,some fans seems to be prepared to accept anything .Tiley scored big WOW ,a pick up from a knock on ,roper regardless how biased you think the RC is week after week he is said to have no effect and  being poor .Why last week at 30 old up at HT wasn't roper moved to 9 and Dalton given a go in the halfs ,ideal chance to test him
Very pleased with the win  but please a reality check ,at the moment we are playing poor against bang average teams

Push for promotion was the aim but don't let the truth stand in the way of a rant

Forster also stated he woukd look to have a couple of loanees in his squad

in reality we are still in progress but...
with Allen, Olstrum and Aiye back we will see how close we are. It seems that we need more of a cutting edge at half back...Aiye might not be the most creative player but he will increase our effectiveness here.

Barrow have only beaten Keighley and Town out of the potential top end teams and if we use Tolouse as any type of yardstick we pushed them closer than any one else.

Can still see a top 3 finish, you read it here first!!!

The league fixtures are lopsided on paper town was our hardest away game before the split all the other rated teams we play at home so no reason why we cant be in the top 3 before the split and we are gonna get better game by game

Couldn't get off work, but a derby win is always a positive even if it was a poor quality game, surely giving Dalton a go instead of Roper, who was poor again by all accounts should be an option now.
At least it will be jam free on here for a few days.

ha if they played first half like second half it would have been a cricket score would say the same about us if we played same in second half we would have won at a cricket score theyve just gotta accept a defeat

Worst Haven and Town teams I have seen for years, awful game of rugby with both teams full of unfit average players, travellers no better than local amateur players.

Totally disillusioned with where our clubs and game is going, both treading water until the inevitable happens and one or both teams disappear.

Please please both clubs wake up before it's too late.

Lots of negativity but as someone said earlier its quite possible that despite being quite average we could finish third going into the 8 s.  If we continue to improve , get Allen Dion and Olstrum in the team I would net be surprised if it all came down to Haven v Barrow for the second spot.

As always we with Haven our squad is better then performances suggest and fitness of players is an issue but time is available in this league.

2 points when it matters yes we made hard work but dug in to fight to the final whistle
Who was the Haven player who has been pinned by the ref for contact?

Elliot Miller
