Paul Crook was committed to  working, I was told that after the team had left for the airport that Steve Roper could go but it was too late.

Who were the players who didn't go because of Visa problems and what were these problems. They have had months to sort them out.

That wasn't the case. We didn't know for sure we would be up against Toronto away until we knew what our place would be in the playoffs. When the league fixtures came out we were only set to play them at home.
