Town playing very well first half considering only 1 on the bench and forwards playing the full 40 . 12 all half time

Town played well and deserved the win, maybe Huntley have flattered to deceive so far this season. To my mind the best two teams I have seen have been Keighley and Newcastle

Certainly played for the badge today, if that was near Hunslets first team, then I think their bubble has well and truly burst.

Lad commenting on the game is their best forward said they rested a couple but with only 14 players they should have turned town over

New coach same players with wrong attitude.....so lots more changes needed on their way to 'certain promotion' this year. Let's see.....could still be more tears spilt.
Think he will soon sort the players out, if not he should sit them in the stand.

Serious talk on Radio Cumbria last evening regarding 'town's new stadium' not going ahead, or being drastically scaled down or even them staying at a slightly revamped Derwent Park.

All felt to depend on the emerging views held by the newly elected councillors.

Eleven labour councillors 'dumped' last week seems to be related in some major way to the stadium plans. Other things in play too, but stadium of significant importance to the feelings of many also.

Interesting eh ?
