Why is there such a lack of talent within the county at this position? When was the last time Whitehaven had a home grown Scrum Half playing in their team?

im not that old but here goes,
colin played for us in the 70s and early eighties i think, im sure he played for us for 12 years. after that he was involved with back room staff which included the likes of stan martin- kurt sorenson,,cant think of much more ,(maybe i am getting old) :D :D :D
