Well first of all let me congratulate our friends Barrow and good luck in the Ch.
Hope Paul C is magnanimous in victory too!
I wasn't there as I always have my friends "Ralph" and "Hughie" with me on the "Big Dipper"!
Seems the turning point was the disallowed El Miller try when Haven were leading 6-4. but seeing as both teams had a try disallowed for forward passes perhaps Barrow were worthy victors.
Well done Barrow and thanks to Haven for a cracking 2017---roll on 2018.
El Tel

Gutted but the lads gave it there all. Couple of strange decisions especially when Fozzy was penalised when trying to play the ball despite players all over him. Roper hard luck with his dissallowed.

Still good luck to Barrow in the championship. With no Torinto we'll have more of a chance. Just got to try and keep most of the squad

How can we keep all the lads, nearly yes but it's got to be the most expensive nearly in History ,
Winning pay alone. Let's re group check the Budget and build a Team around it, proud of everyone involved well Done.

I would guarantee that Barrow spent a lot more money than Haven. I was stood side on to Ropes picking that ball up, for me it was never a knock on. Why wasn't the game on telly,  that decision alone would have covers the costs!  >:(
