I think share proxy means they had the voting rights on her behalf.  But when she sadly passed away they along with her estate went to her son.

Mrs Raaz said she would give the VPs the shares but we never received them, nothing was transferred over. She gave us a proxy vote to use but they only last for 12 months and have to be renewed. So the short answer is no. We have no shares and no proxy vote through Mrs  Raaz.

Have all the donation cheques been paid in and if so which account are they in? Are they protected and what priviledges do they command?
