Whitehaven RL are delighted to announce the playing return of club legend Scott McAvoy ahead this weekend's trip to Llanelli to take on West Wales Raiders.
McAvoy who retired after last season's play off final defeat to Barrow Raiders will come out of retirement and take an place in Carl Forster's squad for Saturday's fixture.

jason mossop aswell hopefully resting them for the 4 pointer against keighley the week after

There are at least six playing with injures marra. They all need a rest but we have nobody to replace them
