The clubs should break free and then there is no New York. Etc, very simple bargaining tool.

As if the RFL are bothered.
Imagine supporting a heartland of RL...left us all to rot.
the only way is up.

Simple business acumen, you spend more than you earn = going bust!! Absolutely nothing to do with the RFL, Toronto or the non showing supporters.

It’s all down to investors. If someone comes in like what’s happened with Toronto and splashes the cash and brings in quality players you win games and hence attracting more fans. If you don’t have the money it isn’t that easy. It’s one of them catch 22 situations .

It amazes me how many professional sports clubs can't manage themselves. More staggering is that most have boards full of successful business people .

They just follow the dream too much.

Neither do Dions and our travellers.

Show me the proof you have regarding our travelling players costing more than locals. I know you have no proof because this you keep stating is, in the words of President Trump, fake news.

totally agree tommygun....barrow very open and honest, pity we seem to be very secretive. still need some honesty to get the floating fans back

Gary, you would have to compare this statement from Barrow with the clubs initial "appeal" release which was just as open and honest as this.

I didn't say they were, I said they weren't cheap.  Dion cost 1000s in flights alone over his visa fiasco.

Also most customers/clients of these businesses aren't as fickle as sports fans. Nobody in business is going to dream that there customer base is going to half

Well what have been our average gates per game over the last 5 years? Excluding cup or play off games?

I don't think our customer base as halved. Our customer base is what it's always been it's only our fault if it hasn't grown.

Strange statement to make about our customer base being what its always been. a decade ago we would get 1000 on a bad day

Just so i'm not ignoring your request - but I do not have that info when I'm sat at home. Im sure there is a stats person on here who can answer your question but if not I will at my earliest opportunity.

However I do know that the season we folded/were relegated we had over 1100 at the first game against Toulouse
