Shame to have to say this but we were very poor. No idea what to do with the ball when in the opposition 20m zone.

Coventry were OK but we made them look far better than they actually are.

Nice to see Sicey on the field....still looked the part IMO.

Terrible performance.  Totally unprofessional especially declining the penalties near the end when a draw was good enough.  One positive was Thompson, looks well up to this standard.

Well Done... Carl Forster... looks like you have the heart.. drive and bottle to spur this team on.
Mebe a draw at York next week will give both teams what they want... I think I'll be there.
Come on Haven !!

Terrible performance for people saying we look clueless in that kinda happens when props start thinking there 1st man, give him his due Foz got us out of **** today but we have to start using our half backs, if we had lost today would have been one of the worst defeats in Haven in the last 10 year, on the plus side heard a lot off good things regarding next year.

Well in a week we've seen the best and worst in Haven. Champagne rugby last week dire this week. If we'd lost today and we came mighty close it would for me been one of the most embarrassing defeats in 40 yrs following Haven.

We started off well and when we scored first minute I was expecting a 60+ pointer. After that it was a catalogue of mistakes and poor decision making. It felt like the players were saving themselves for next week. In the end we used our get out of jail card. Great to see Sicey back abd he looks fit but well done to Fozzy. Should have got MOTM. Just hope the BOD have a rethink and retain his services.

Finally well done to Coventry. They were the better side today. Good luck to them in the future and hopefully RL will become a success in that part of the world.

Dire, one man rugby, cant or wont offload, no apparent game plan, play the same next week and expect a cricket score against us

A win is a win, but bloody hell it was hard to watch. Although Foz won us the game, itโ€™s quite apparent that whatever side of the ruck he is, thatโ€™s were the ball goes. Outside backs were screaming for the ball all game, but it never gets there.

Next week is huge, play like today and we will be hammered, but play like last week, and you never know.

Problem is you don't know which Whitehaven team will turn up. Against Hunslet we threw the ball about a bit and we were devastating. Today we reverted back to one man rugby which we know doesn't work so why did we play this way  :(

A win at the end of the day but one of the worst performances Iโ€™ve seen down at the rec for a long time. But what we are all forgetting is that this team are playing with a lot of players carrying long term knee Cas and niggles, some wouldnโ€™t be anywhere near the pitch if we had a bigger squad so I have to applaud and respect those guys for pulling on the shirt week on week. That said Coventry were very well drilled and were at least worthy of a share of the points today. Next weeks a clean slate and tbh we go in as massive underdogs but one thing this team has is spirit and fight so letโ€™s roll the dice again on Sunday May be Lady Luck is still favouring the underdogs ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž
