Followed the game on Radio Cumbria in my kitchen with a few beers.  Sounded like Haven gave it a good go and that's all you can ask.  Ah well, another beer!

Greetings from....OWRLFCSDEB..
Oh..just in case to clarify..Oxfordshire Whitehaven Rugby League Football Club Didcot East Branch( current membership ..One👍😜..please twitter, fyasbuk or insta****e me, should you wish to become a member...we have a 25% discount on membership currently..so hurry👍)
Seriously though
So proud of the lads today, but have been all season, this team have run their blood to Wata all season, under very difficult circumstances. This was a game that we were never goin to win...but they never gave up.....to have won this game would have taken an Herculean effort and York to have had a bad day.. let’s move on and  look forward to another season supporting this club who’s fans are just bloody amazing...and good luck to Carl next season who deserves a good appointment next season...itchy wah wah oooh masamboola ooh .zigga zagga zigga zagga..WHITEHAVEN 😀😀

sitting in spoons in York now thinking we only had 2 or 3 attacks all game but scored 2 tries they prob had 75% of possession and struggled to break us down so not too bad of an effort.  Seen James Ford before in a bar absolute gentlemen wishing us well in the future etc and wished him the same back think he'll be a super league coach soon.

No doubting the effort as always was top notch.  We are just so much better than what we produced today.

Sounded like a creditable performance. It seemed our discipline let us down a bit.

Defeat at home to North Wakes cost us dear. In the end though well done to Fozzy and all the lads. Limited budget and injuries made things difficult. Roll on next season.

there wasnt a limited budget, there wasnt the money to meet the budget commitment. There is a big difference.
