Whitehaven RL are delighted to announce the re-signing of fans favourite Chris Taylor on a one year deal.
The centre has been at the club since 2014 apart from a brief spell at Halifax in early 2015. A mainstay in the 2018 team under Carl Forster until a knee injury ruled him out of the back end of the season. Chris made 23 appearances in 2018 scoring 8 tries.
Speaking of signing back on for a fifth season at the club Taylor said "I’m really pleased to have signed another year at Whitehaven, I really enjoy being part of the club, the board of directors and fans have always supported me and my family which we are very grateful for. I’m really excited to see what next year holds for us as a club.
Whitehaven Rugby League's board of directors would like to thank the Whitehaven Rugby League Vice Presidents and David Pennington from Gosforth Taxis who without their support this signing would not have been possible.
