For Newcastle to overtake us we need to lose 2 of the last 3. Although Keighley could be difficult I would expect the other two games to be, if our attitude is right!!! reasonably straight forward.

Oldham are a threat but they have still to play Doncaster at home and Hunslet away. Hunslet have a better points difference than Oldham and could, with a win on Cup final eve v London  could overtake Oldham.

It isin our own hands, a win at Keighley will go a very long way but todays result has been a help,

Oldhams win doesn’t really alter things much.  It means there are our main threat  and not Thunder.  Their goal difference is better than ours so defeat at Keighley and if they win their remaining games could finish top .

thats correct it,s a 100 point difference but a huge win against west wales could swing that

Only difference Oldham win today makes is that a draw next week still leaves it in our hands. Or put another way, a draw and two wins as said above in another post.

Oldham have Donny  at home which won’t be easy.  Then  they have Coventry away which should be a win. Their last game is Hunslet away which will be tough.

Interesting scoreline losing 14-0 at HT. Wonder if they will still run a reserve side in C1 next year?

Watched the game on the app marra. Totally dominant performance by Donny.

Didn't see many young uns playing for Newcastle.

Also one of the worst high tackles ever and only got a yellow

I hope Town beat them next week. That’s a great win for them today at Hunslet
