What a team!!!!!!!!

After a dubious start Haven powered on in the second half  - Full time:  Cougars 19 - Haven 48

Haven stay top of the League 1 table with 28 points and Oldham in 2nd with 26 points following their win over Doncaster Rovers

Squeaky bum time in the 1st half but boy the 1/2 time talk must have been a cracker, well done all for the great 2nd half effort. 2 points in the bag and keeping that lead on top of the table, 2 more home games and this league must be ours 💪💪👌

What an amazing 2nd. Half Love to  know what was said at halftime.. seems when Foster and Ayre came on it made the difference. Must be nailed on now with Raiders and Coventry left.. well done Charlo and the boys

Just as well Dion and Fozzy came on to steady the ship. Daft penalties gave Cougars the nose in front in 1st half but 2nd half once they got there heads right blew them away. Forrester had a cracker so roll on the next game

Nail biting first half, like everyone says half time talk kicked them up the backside,  I watch game/ results from Lanzarote, keep an eye on my lad.

Great 2nd half blew em out the water then they got dirty. But first half needs questions asked but wish we could do 80 mins performances rather than 40 will.need to next year but take nothj g away from the 2nd half unbelievable and shows what we are capable of

We were poor first 30 minutes then step up dion aiye and Carl forster changing the game the hammer was awesome what a second half. Credit also to the haven fans like a extra man you were great.

Very poor start to the game, didn't show any signs of playing well until Dion and Fozzy came on. Dion throwing himself into tackles and Fozzy doing his usual stuff seemed to inspire the team in the 10 mins leading up to half time, but pressure on their line only produced the Dion try.

Second half a total blitz by haven, Cougars never knew what hit them, some great play and great tries. Our backs did themselves proud on the back of some awesome forward play. Had to smile when Callum ran about what seemed to be 120 yards forwards / sideways, left/right and backwards to concede about 30 yards while looking for an opening. Classic.entertainment watching Cougars players swatting at flies as he did it.
