We dont need an off the cuff half we need one who can lead, organise and kick from hand.

Without one it will be a very long year.

Not sure why we would be considering Thackaray. A 90 year old traveller goes against everything the club have tried to build.

Agree completely, so spending a lot of money on a player we already have similar would be madness - that's if he resigns.

Forrester 11 league tries last season, C Phillips 12tries, these two players got almost 25% of our tries. Essential we get them back on board. (Also think Ethan Kelly would be worthwhile as our potential 5th prop behind Shackley, While, Riley and the other lad from Barrow )

While should be nowhere near a Haven shirt.

Harsh on While, he has never been fit.  Charlo has earned 100% respect on who he keeps and signs imo.

Heard Rooney ( when he was recruiting for town) had offered Kelly more money than haven had but he's not in it for the money and wants to play at the highest level he can . So don't know whether he's signed yet but he will be and that's from someone in the millom coaching staff.  Need to make sure callum , brett , Sam and Ellis Gillam re-sign and add a few more with them.

While never ever looked fit, we signed him when desperate for Size in props, but he not the answer, especially at Champ level.

Would tend to agree, but would like to see him fit and trust Charlo.

The 2019 season is over, lots of players looking for new clubs, it is tìme for the club to recruit now before these players are snapped up by other clubs, I'm sure  the club is trying but trying isn't allways good enough.

There are 3 or 4 clubs in our division who couldn't field a 9s side, we don't need to panic and definitely don't need to end up the same way.  Next season will be a challenge but the easiest it will ever be to stay up, consolidate and earn extra funding with a few to become competitive in future years.

Why do you think it will be easier to stay up than in previous years? Not questioning your opinion by the way, just curious.
How many go down next year?

Bradford and Swinton will struggle to get a team.  Widnes struggling for a squad and Leigh, dewsbury and batley have relied on DR to get a team last season.  Oldham have also lost their two best backs who will be hard to replace.
