I was shocked to see our Copeland council back tracking yet again about Whitehaven RLFC

Firstly they remove funding for the stands. Now they seem to have blocked the new stands by reviewing the application. Where is Elaine Woodburn and her promise of rushing the application throught ?. Maybe she to busy getting cheap soundbites about Sellafield workers who are fortunate to get a pay rise in this day and age.

Was She or any of the council leaders there last Sunday I didn't see any ?

not exactly sure what you are all going on about but, grammatically the wording should read HAVEN IS DEAD as the post is referring to haven as a team, therefore there is only one team , the word "IS" refers to singular whereas "ARE" refers to plural!
