Steve maden was 5 yards behind and unusually Gary broadbent was swatted
away like a fly
cant blame any of them really it was just tired defending and we know how hard it is
to stop big Mick from that far out

Well i have to say that was a big improvement from Blackpool! When widnes threw the ball around for one of their tries there was definately at least one forward pass in that fase and it looked as if two of the widnes players elbows had touched the floor! But hey it was an overall solid performance and a lot of positives have to be taken out of the game. This match is going to be the start of a real good campaign of rugby league for haven!

Elibecks try was class!  and their 2nd try was a jumble well i wouldnt have gave it their player could have been offside, they could have been tackled and there could have been foreward passes but i grand performance by haven

If that had been last week Eilbeck's try would have probably have been disallowed as Sice was about a foot in front of him when he kicked.  The video ref wouldn't have given it!!!

and so far keith, as far as i can tell, i am the only haven fan to have noticed, or more to the point, am the only haven fan who has bothered to mention that fact myself!
