So the results are in. We are a grade C club rated 32nd out of 35 clubs. Above the mighty Cornwall, Midlands and North Wales Crusaders.

The update from RFL here:
https://www.rugby-league.com/article/62264/seven-betfred-super-league-clubs-awarded-grade-a-status

Are we able to see the breakdown of our scores from the club in each category? Couldnt see a link to this in the report.

What do we need to do to improve? Not saying this aiming for SL, just for grade B. Obviously we were in difficulties off the field this year at some stage and we nearly got relegated from champ but why are we so far down - below many league 1 clubs and newcastle (!).

What are the clubs objectives to improve this position?
You are really a superfan amongst super fans in fact your the no.1 fan in Cumbria. Congratulations.

So basically Haven and town have got the lowest scores out of all the traditional clubs . Even behind Newcastle who at the minute haven't got a team

Usual stitch up ,  rugby’s played on a field not a spreadsheet.  What must London be feeling 🙄

Reality is our ground is poor and facilities are very poor, crowds have dwindled away and our finances are well low as documented lately. All these can be put right with investment and us fans getting to games which I know is expensive for a lot of people but we have to try  something to entice people back down. We are in a great league so hopefully next season we can right the wrongs and move forward on and off the field. Disappointed to be graded as low as we have fantastic fans who will follow a winning team in numbers.

Catchment area doesn't help apart from Featherstone us and workington are the 2 smallest towns in rugby league . Basically and I don't won't a merger but the catchment area around here isn't big enough for 2 teams . Barrow must somehow be doing it right they're grounds not much better than ours and towns but have a much larger catchment area . They must have other steady income streams coming in as they're even rated higher than Halifax who have been a consistent top championship team for around 20 years with a nice stadium.

Think our position is probably true on reflection, could even be lower as I'd say we have been the worst ran club in English rugby league over the last few years.

Lack of, or poor -

Academy
Womens team
Social media presence
Community programme
Business sustainability and sponsorship
Stadium
Attendances

That's why we are near the bottom.

Social media has improved leaps and bounds over the last few years . Don’t really think you can call it poor by a stretch  of your imagination

If you think the Social Media is poor, you cannot be a user of FB, INSTA or X.

There are posts most days.

On field performance should also come into it although we scraped relegation this year we've won over 30 championship games over the last 3 seasons.  Not bad for the 4th worse team in the country

Considering a few months ago Haven nearly folded I'm not surprised by this report.  Onwards and upwards hopefully.
