When do we start pre season yet again loads of clubs have started back we don’t want to fall behind like last year again

Doesn’t their season start a month after ours too

Not sure we certainly weren't fit enough last year . I would say we had the poorest fitness levels in the league . We ground out some good results but couldn't play at the pace of any other teams.

Our season finished a l quite a few weeks than most aswell so surely had enough time off now

Hopefully soon but I suppose 5 of our local based players were involved with Cumbria until the middle of October. The overseas players don't normally arrive until after Christmas but Owen McCarron said that he would be here before the end of November to take part in pre season training.

The league fixtures are announced on 3rd December but it looks like the Championship won't start until 10th March at the earliest as the RFL have announced that the early rounds of the Challenge Cup and the revamped 1895 cup will take place from 27/28 January to 3rd March (Town have already announced that they will play us at DP on 18th February.)

Still no news when we start training?? Maybe start of December.? No rush imo

Probably no need for pre-season games this season.. two 1895 cup games n probably two cc games then season to start mid March

Wonder if we’ll get some friendly games arranged. Would be nice to see a SL down at the Rec

I don’t think we will have any friendly matches apart from town , we will use 1895 cup imo as warm ups which is a good idea to preserve the small squad
