Ben Jones-Bishop has been hit with a Grade C charge for ‘foul and abusive language towards a match official’ during their 26-20 win away at newly-promoted Doncaster on Good Friday, which carries a one-game suspension. He will miss the Eagles’ trip to Whitehaven this weekend

They'll still be too strong  enough to edge us out.

He’s still available for this game. Suspensions don’t kick in until the next game. This allows time for an appeal if needed.

We’ve beat Sheffield last twice so they can bring whoever they want on Sunday we will have the better chance with the heavy pitch as they won’t be used to the hard graft needed to win on it. Ben Jones Bishop is a class player if allowed to run at you. His defending is questionable.

I'd take a draw this week but fancy us more in the next game.

He is in the Sheffield squad for Sunday so must be available to play. He was only at the MRP this week and bans don’t normally start the weekend after the decision.
It is Thackeray that normally gives us the run around and I suspect with 50 mph gusts there will be plenty of 40/20 and 20/40 kicks on Sunday!
