 EMBARRASSING.  2nd half collapse  and **** poor tackling cost us big time. Took the walk of shame  before the end.

Someones 0 had to go and it happened to be ours. Shame it was by the way of an embarrassing capitulation. Some wallopings await if that second half is owt to ga by.

Second half was awful, after a decent fiest half.
Discipline wasn't the best again.
I'm not sure the full back is worth keeping, thought his positioning was poor on last tackle and didn't seem to want to run the ball out from the back.
We seemed to lack ideas when we had ball in hand especially when in front of the sticks.
Plenty for Jonty to work on.

First half wasn’t too bad . Lads got stuck in  and with the elements in our favour 2nd half thought we had a chance .

2nd 40 was abysmal. Tackling was paper thin . Ashton was running riot .  What was worrying was when they through the ball about we looked vulnerable. Against teams who play like that we’re going to struggle big style .  That’s the sort of rugby we need to be playing . I watched Corkhill take the ball in and thought what are we achieving playing one man stuff . You just can’t do it against a big side like Eagles . Also Evan charging off his line for the interceptions. He’s done this a few times this year and did it today which led to 2 tries .

Plenty for Jonty to chew on but playing more attractive rugby must be high on the list .

No shame in that.  Sheffield will be top 3 come the end of the season.  A win agains Batley next week though is  a must even at this stage.

20 minutes in second half and Sheffield blew us away. Far superior in those 20 mins and that’s what happens to teams who can’t keep up. Great first half but being honest play that way again like we did second half and we are doomed.  Hopefully bad 40 mins out of way and we pick up again next week v Batley which is a must win game now.

A blind man could see after 10 mins they were head and shoulders better than us we will be fine against teams that are our true rivals
