Couldn't listen to the game today thank God, changes need to be made, not sure what the answer is, coaching staff or players but we need a quick solution or we will find ourselves in a relegation battle again.

Well that was shocking . We lacked ideas and creativity. Only  time we did look creative was for Maizons try. One man rugby is not the answer . Batley were nothing special but at least they through the ball  about a bit and scored a. Couple of tries off the back of it . Jonty needs to look at this . Also halfbacks to slow . Need to speed things up a bit

Awful performance today.
Teare's side is tested every time and his defence is really poor, costs us at least 2 trys.
Halfbacks slow and don't take the line on, don't do the basics of draw a man and pass.
No idea in attack, only threat is King on a flank but then he gets moved into the middle to be a battering ram.
Positive:
The young lad from saints looks like he could be good signing, strong runner and a handful for defenders.
Owen McCarron looks strong and too good for us.
Great kick for the try, to showcase Maz's speed.

80+ fans have paid good money to go to France to support these lads next week I at least expect a bit of effort.  Today goodness me we couldn’t tackle chips and beans it was embarrassing. No idea when 3 sets on line which could have got us within 2 points.  Shocking to say that not a single fan clapped the boys off at end as they are appalled  to even stay till the end. First time I’ve ever seen that. Only Kingy in club afterwards as rest must of gone yam. Castle was injured and won’t play next week I’d say. We need a change but we’ve nowt else to bring in. Rant over.🙈🙈🙈🙈

Batley rock up losing their first 3 and hopes are high of getting back to winning ways. Instead a dungfest of bibical manitude is served up which was dissapointing to say the least. At times looks like there is precious little interest on the pitch, how long will it be before its the same on the terraces ?
RL is in decline in this so called hot bed area, maybe  the time has come to wrap it up.

All the trys yesterday were scored on the Teare Romero edge .  Maybe just coinsidence ' maybe poor communication  or just bad luck but neither looked like they had a clue how to defend or aggressive enough in the tackle.    The other point is our halve need to take the ball moving forward and put uncertainty in the opposition mind . They just shift it sideways.

Teare didn't look interested ive thought that for the past 3 games, seems a different player to last year, us he carrying a knock?
Not sure he is a centre though, gets exposed too much.

Said the same about Teare's  defense last season  and got slated by the "Experts" on here, but looks like I wasn't  far away judg by the comments  now on here. Don't  think Joey's up to the standard of this league  either.

He had a one on one with a winger much much smaller than him and he beat him in the wrestle to get over 2 times so somethings not right

Bit harsh that winger Dale Morton is vastly experienced and scored buckets full of tries wherever he's been

Same with Kears try when he breezed past our two defenders. Lessons to learn from with defensive errors proved costly so hopefully they are working on it even more before we go to France this weekend.

Sadly the team doesn't seem to be as last season, only watched the games on YouTube, and no consistency with them, but all the off-field distractions haven't helped, the wages saga, Dion's suspension, the housing problems with some of the traveling lads and now Walker getting sacked.

All of these problems would affect any team's preparation for games, and poor Jonty is in the middle of all this and trying his best to get everything back on track.
