will the game against widnes be moved to thursday august 30th for sky tv?

was talking with bill arthur b4 cas game and he reckoned it could happen,

if windows win on sunday and beat cattleprod next thursday they will be 5 points clear with 2 games left, they could then win the league leaders trophy at whitehaven, which makes me think the game could be moved to the thursday night< hope not tho cuz i'm 12 hr nights on the thursday, but off on the sunday!!>

I hope they leave it as Sunday cos thats when i get back.
If it's a girl they're naming her Sigourney after an actress, if it's a boy the 're naming him Rodney after Dave

Hope it stays as Sunday, had a weekend in Whitehaven planned. Although watching it at my local is fun as the Landlord is a Leigh fan

A  live  game  would  further  the  profile  of  the  club  but  with  very  little  telly  cash  coming  from  SKY  I  hope  they  don't.

If  it  is  on  the  box  then  it  should  draw  about  the  same  as  the  cas  game  but  if  its  on  Sunday  and  Widnes  have  a  chance  of  the  title  then  I  reckon  4500-5000  would  be  the  attendance..

Basically  a  live  game  could  cost  the  club  a  5  figure  sum  in  revenue. :(

and the chances of Cas losing at home to leigh and away at Rochdale are nearly zero,Its their title now
Widnes fans already saying send reserves up here and avoid injuries, Could be like watching the Hull KR game last season when we tonked them

widnes hammerd haven in the nrc final haven wil want revange should widnes win the pressure is back onto to cas to win their game on the sunday

Don't forget there is no SL action that week due to CC Final so i don't think we will end up on Sky something official is normally out by now.

no next week due to the challenge cup final that means in all 3 leagues
